FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DOES EVERYONE HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND THE EVENT?  Yes, registration is per person to enter the event.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE OREGON WOMEN’S CONFERENCE?  Registration is available online by clicking the Registration tab on the http://www.oregonwomensconference.com website.

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET FOR ONE DAY ONLY?  No.  The conference is a two-day event.

WILL I RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION PACKET IN THE MAIL?  No. Your registration packet will be available for pickup at the OWC Registration Desk at the Hilton Portland & Executive Towers. Registration begins at 4:00 PM on July 14 and then at 8:00 AM on July 15.

IS THERE RESERVED OR ASSIGNED SEATING?  There is only reserved seating for Speakers, Panelists, Table Captains, Table Sponsors and their guests.  All other seating is open. Since there is no reserved seating we suggest you get there early.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION, REFUND OR CHANGE POLICY?  All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. In order for us to continue to bring you valued events we cannot provide refunds.

CAN I CHANGE A NAME OR GIVE SOMEONE ELSE MY BADGE?  Name changes are allowed until July 9, 2014.  Please email any name changes to info@oregonwomensconference.com . The name change is not official until you receive an email confirmation from Oregon Women’s Conference.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?  The dress is business casual for Monday and Tuesday Sessions.

WHICH HOTELS DO YOU RECOMMEND?  The official host hotel is the Hilton Portland & Executive Towers.  For those of you staying at the Hilton Portland & Executive Towers, check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at Noon.

WHAT AIRPORTS ARE CLOSEST TO THE EVENT?  Portland International Airport (PDX) – 30 minutes from the host hotel (12 miles)

WILL THERE BE HANDICAPPED SEATING AVAILABLE?  Yes, there will be handicapped seating available.
