Description
Don Papa is a premium Filipino rum produced on the island of Negros. It uses a special variety of sugarcane called « Black Gold, » grown on the slopes of Mount Kanlaon. The rum is aged for up to seven years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, resulting in a smooth flavor with notes of vanilla, honey, candied fruits, and a light citrus touch.
